S/4HANA Consultant

One of the largest leading global consultancy organisations are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join an aerospace and defence S/4HANA Programme.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying HCM functionality for our client. You will define SAP solutions to manage processes, ensuring smooth operations that meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets.

This is an initial 6 month contract and will be inside IR35, the role is based in a central London office and we are able to offer hybrid working.

For this position due to the nature of the end of client the successful candidate must be a sole British national and they must either have SC clearance or be able to obtain it

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy HCM functionality.
• Define SAP solutions for managing defined processes.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to share knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support project deliverables and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Organizational Management and Timesheet functionality.
• Expert proficiency in Human Capital Management Applications.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP Project System integration.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense (preferred).
• Strong focus on HR Employee Mini-Master and Time booking.
• Ability to identify and implement SAP processes to enhance operational efficiency for Timesheet.
