What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, specifically within safeguarding or a closely related statutory setting.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and proven ability to undertake complex assessments, formulate robust plans, and manage risk effectively.
A compassionate and person-centred approach, with excellent communication skills to engage sensitively with individuals, families, and partner agencies in challenging circumstances.
