Safety Team Member 
Full time  (Night shifts) 
Newcastle 

Our client are looking for a Security Team member for their student accommodation in Newcastle. Your top priorities will be ensuring the safety of the students and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service. From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same! As a Safety Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
  • Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
  • Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
  • Providing outstanding customer service to our students
  • Reporting on incidents electronically
We are also seeking someone who is adaptable in their role, as it may involve maintenance and other tasks.  so Flexibility is essential.
