Job Title - Sales Administrator x 2
Full Time - Temp - Fully Office Based
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Salary - £26000 per annum - paid weekly via Elevation

Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fantastic business based in Scunthorpe. They are looking to recruit 2 x temporary sales administrators to join the team on a temporary basis for around 3 months to cover a busy period. It could go on longer depending on the individual.

Main Duties include:

• Processing sales orders from customers.
• Preparing sales quotes to customers.
• Dealing with customer enquiries.
• Preparation of Excel reports for carriers and customers.
• Liaising with carriers for POD's and checking on non deliveries
• Processing invoices and dealing with queries
• Converting orders to invoices within the ERP system.

The right candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience with ERP systems (preferred, but not essential).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask under minimal supervision.
