Job Description - Sales Administrator

Talent Guardian are looking for an exceptional Sales Administrator to join the Sales Service team on a temporary ongoing basis for our client based in Poole.
Ready to jump into a key role where your admin and coordination skills will shine?
What you'll be doing:

Providing high-level administrative support to the Sales team
Assisting with bid coordination, documentation, and process management
Supporting the Head of Sales with day-to-day operational tasks
Ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and general sales support functions
Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

Proven administrative experience, ideally in a Sales environment
Excellent attention to detail – nothing gets past you!
Background in the retail or wholesale industry is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
Comfortable working with a meticulous and results-focused manager

Payrate £14.00ph - £15.00ph
