What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
?? Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly approach
?? Producing and managing quotes, processing customer orders, and updating internal systems
?? Liaising closely with the warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
?? Raising and checking invoices, resolving any issues that may crop up along the way
?? Creating tailored documents and visual work to match specific product types and client needs
?? Taking ownership of general admin tasks and supporting wider team projects as required

You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is available immediately and looking for a role where no two days are the same.
