Job Description - Sales Administrator

Quality Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a financial/banking company in Milton Keynes for a Sales Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

The Role:

To co-ordinate and provide full Administration support for the Sales and Marketing and Salesforce teams, deal with Sales Ledger Invoicing, support the Operations and Project Teams and control all internal customer orders through to delivery and invoicing.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support - provide initial telephone contact for all customer enquiries, managed through Sales Force
  • To provide full Admin Support within Sales and Marketing - Salesforce data input, record maintenance, liaise with sales team and management regarding any travel arrangements, flights, hotels and car hire. Support event organisation; presentations, shows, meeting/conference arrangements and support in creation of marketing material and content.
  • Sales Orders management - creating orders on the system, communicate with all internal parties, liaise with Order Management that internal stock levels are available, update customers of the progress throughout the process and invoicing on despatch of goods.
  • Process Medium and Small customer consumable orders - liaise with Order Management that appropriate stock is available, communicate lead time to customer, manage customer order process from beginning to invoicing.
  • Service and Maintenance contracts invoicing - ensuring Service and Maintenance contracts are invoiced according to renewal date, liaise with account management to facilitate renewals and prepare and process invoices in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Support to Operations Team and Project Team when required - travel booking for engineering team, produce Service Contract Matrix on a monthly basis and enter jobs on the system.

What you will need to apply:

  • Previous Sales Administration experience
  • SAP - good solid experience
  • MS Office experience to an intermediate level
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous Customer Service in an office environment
  • Live within 30 minutes of Milton Keynes
