Pay Rate: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a role based in Barnstaple. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and efficient follow-up process with prospective clients, helping to convert leads into active instructions.

Job Duties:

• Follow up with leads via phone and email to gather further information or confirm interest.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments between clients and advisors.
• Chase outstanding instructions or documentation from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM or tracking systems.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely handover of client information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Advisory Team as needed.

Person Specification:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
• Telesales experience beneficial
