Reed Nottingham is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team their client’s production office team based NG2. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in a fast-paced sales administration environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, producing customer quotations, and managing customer service communications.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Produce and manage customer quotations.
• Liaise with internal teams within Manufacturing to ensure order fulfilment.
• Monitor and manage the customer inbox, responding promptly to queries regarding orders and delivery times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a fast-paced sales administration environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
