We're looking for a proactive Sales/Lettings Assistant to contribute to a busy residential property site in Cardiff. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and ready to work in a supportive team environment. This position will begin on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

• Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential tenants.
• Pre-screen potential tenants to ensure a good fit for the property.
• Arrange and host property tours, providing detailed information and answering queries.
• Support prospective tenants throughout the lettings process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Engage with existing residents as needed to maintain satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Strong background in customer service and sales, with proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems (training and support will be provided).
• Experience in a similar role within the lettings or real estate industry is highly desirable.
