Job Title: Sales Assistants

Contract: asap to 31st May 2025

Location: Bicester Village Outlet - (OX26 6WD)

Payrate: PAYE £11.95ph

Working shift pattern: Consists of 5 days which include opening times and late closures and weekends (the role is 9 hours per day with an unpaid hour lunch break, however if scheduled on a Sunday then the trading hours would be 12 till 6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Assist customers with product selection, offering recommendations based on their needs.
• Provide product knowledge, including features, benefits, and availability.
• Encourage customers to make purchases through effective sales techniques.
• Monitoring Stock, restock shelves and organize products in an appealing and accessible manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sales floor and stockroom.
• Work with other sales assistants and managers to meet store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance.

Preferred Skills:

• Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions.
• Must be results driven and flexible to change Relevant interest in Fashion / Design.
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
• A minimum of 1 year on sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent customer service level.
• Strong clientele background
