Sales Consultant

SALES CONSULTANT - Two new 24-month fixed-term contract opportunities for ambitious Sales Consultants based in Leeds. If you really enjoy working in a vibrant and positive sales environment and understand the importance of delivering great customer service, we would like to hear from you.

You will receive a basic salary of £37,193 per annum with on-target earnings of up to £52,442. We pay our bonus payments monthly for exchanges/completions and quarterly for reservations.

Your normal working week is Thursday to Monday inclusive. In every four-week period you will not be required to work two Sundays. On the weeks that you do not work a Sunday you will be required to work either a Tuesday or Wednesday during that shift week.

What we are looking for
You be an experienced Sales Consultant, with great sales and customer engagement skills and will also be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of working in the Residential New Build Property Sector in a front-line customer facing sales role.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Flexible and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Working knowledge of IT systems and ability to use dedicated CRM.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience of New Build Residential Property sales.
• Ability to produce accurate, clear, and concise reports.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and planning own workloads.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
• Full UK driver’s license and use of your own vehicle - Mileage expenses are paid at 45p a mile.

Essential Qualifications:

• Educated to A level or equivalent.
