Shared Ownership Sales Consultant / Property Sales Advisor with experience in property / housing / residential / shared ownership schemes or a similar customer facing sales role, is required to drive the sales process across a range of exciting residential projects within a well-established company.

This role is known internally as a Sales Consultant

SALARY: £31,680 pro rata + Benefits

LOCATION: Evesham, Worcestershire, West Midlands (WR11) - with some travel to other sites as required

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Approx.)

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week

PLEASE NOTE: A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use is essential to this role

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Shared Ownership Sales Consultant / Property Sales Advisor with experience in property / housing / residential / shared ownership schemes, or a similar customer facing sales role.

Working as the Shared Ownership Sales Consultant / Property Sales Advisor you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of various property sales programmes. You will be the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, maintaining strong communication to ensure a positive customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Shared Ownership Sales Consultant / Property Sales Advisor will help drive the sales process, manage key administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders, including estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors.

You will also contribute to marketing activity by keeping websites and social media channels updated, supporting launches of new developments, and promoting positive customer stories.

Your focus as the Shared Ownership Sales Consultant / Property Sales Advisor will be on maximising completions while ensuring purchases remain affordable and in line with policy.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales, marketing, and administration - perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and making a real impact in the housing sector.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in property sales

• A strong understanding of the sales process within housing / residential sales / shared ownership schemes / property

• Able to communicate clearly at all levels with first-time buyers, older residents or external partners

• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of digital platforms such as websites and social media

• Able to work to targets, juggling multiple deadlines

• Organised

• Customer focused

• Experience working within housing or shared ownership schemes is desirable

• Team player
