Are you highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting new business?

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our client in Ilkeaton on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering new projects — from supporting tenders and pricing to coordinating orders and managing supplier relationships — helping ensure smooth handover of assets to our clients.

Main Duties:

• Supporting the tender process, including managing response templates and opportunity tracking

• Coordinating orders, build schedules, and ensuring timely delivery

• Liaising with internal teams (sales, logistics, procurement, finance) and external suppliers

• Ensuring system accuracy across orders, compliance documents, and invoicing

• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships

• Providing regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders and customers

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in sales support, procurement, tender, bidding or quote to order processes

• Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
