Sales Executive - Temp to Perm

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire (Office-based, Full Time)

Salary: Competitive base Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers — no cold calling.
• Handling inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and confidence
• Promoting offers, products, and services while tailoring solutions to each customer.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborating with your team to share ideas, support one another, and celebrate success.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a telesales or target-driven customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilient, positive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• A customer-first attitude, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Quick to learn and adaptable — full training will be provided.
