• Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 16:30
• German Speaking
• Salary: £17.00 per hour

We are urgently seeking a German speaking candidate for a fully remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable handling phone queries in German and engaging in sales activities, such as chasing leads and bringing in new business. • Act as the first point of contact for the German customers, providing a high-quality service experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Using Sales Force
• Chasing Leads/Sales opportunities
• Engage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyse sales data to drive and improve the sales process.

• Must be fluent in German
• Must be reliable and diligent
• Proven experience in customer service and sales environments.
• Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
