• Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 16:30
• Spanish & Portuguese Speaking
• Salary: £15 per hour

We are urgently seeking a Spanish/Portuguese speaking candidate for a fully remote Customer Service/Sales support role. This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who is comfortable handling phone queries and engaging in sales activities. • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Using Sales Force
• Chasing Leads/Sales
• Engage in lead generation and sales calls to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all sales data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Analyse sales data to drive and improve the sales process.

• Must be fluent in Spanish & Portuguese.
• Must be reliable and diligent
• Proven experience in customer service and sales environments.
• Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Skilled in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
