An industry leading furniture manufacturer with a global reach is looking for a Sales Support administrator to join their busy team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused sales administrator to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry using Microsoft Dynamics
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely manner
• Acknowledge and confirm orders daily via email
• Provide delivery updates, estimated times of arrival (ETAs), and proof of delivery (POD) documents
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
• Support resolution of warranty and snagging issues
• Work closely with the sales team to verify order details and pricing
• Manage and update customer portals, ensuring all information is accurate and current
• Liaise with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team
• Ensure deadlines are met in line with service expectations and company standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service admin role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel is essential
• Confident in problem-solving and able to act quickly when needed
• Comfortable working with internal teams and external customers
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
