Job Description - Salesforce Administrator

Senior Salesforce Administrator
Gloucester
12 Month Contract
Monday – Friday

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team to support the implementation of Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, and ideally with exposure to or involvement in a Salesforce greenfield implementation. You’ll play a critical part in shaping and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support our commercial and marketing operations during design, build and launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the project and rollout of both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud within Fluid Water Group
Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments
Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Build and maintain automation processes using flows, validation rules, and process builder
Assist in the integration of third-party tools and applications with Salesforce
Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data hygiene
Participate in (or lead) projects involving new feature rollouts, system enhancements, or greenfield implementations
Support the development of the Junior Salesforce Administrator

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with user management, automation tools, and reports/dashboards
- Understanding of CRM and marketing operations
- Excellent communication skills with a business-focused mindset
Desirable Skills:
- Hands-on experience in a Salesforce greenfield implementation
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification or equivalent
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Familiarity with tools like Pardot, Tableau, or Salesforce-integrated apps
- Experience of project management
