  • Customer Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and resolving any queries.
  • SAP Data Management: Create and maintain part codes, stock records, and other key data within SAP (training provided).
  • Internal Support: Assist colleagues with stock and system-related queries, offering SAP expertise and administrative support.
  • General Administration: Perform a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider business operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • SAP Proficiency: Hands-on experience using SAP in a business environment is essential.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data entry, documentation, and process management.
