SAP PP-PI Training Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP-PI Training Manager to lead the training strategy and execution for a UK-based client undergoing a major SAP transformation. This is a contract role, outside IR35, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program.

As the SAP PP-PI Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive training program focused on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Process Industries (PI). You will work closely with stakeholders, business process owners, and the project team to ensure users are fully equipped to operate SAP PP-PI modules effectively.

• Develop and implement a targeted SAP PP-PI training strategy aligned with business transformation goals.

• Lead and coordinate a team of trainers to deliver end-user training across manufacturing and production functions.

• Oversee the creation of high-quality training materials including workshops, e-learning modules, and user guides tailored to PP-PI processes.

• Conduct training needs analysis and engage with key stakeholders across production, supply chain, and planning functions.

• Ensure training aligns with SAP best practices and supports business process excellence.

• Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience delivering SAP PP and/or PP-PI training within large-scale SAP implementations.

• Deep understanding of production planning, shop floor control, process orders, and manufacturing workflows in SAP.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to design and execute structured training programs with measurable outcomes.

• UK-based, with flexibility for onsite presence as required.
