SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Trainer

Location: Remote (Europe-based preferred)
Contract: Freelance, initial 6 months (possible extension)

Conexus is supporting a major international consultancy in delivering a high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. We're seeking a freelance SAP Supply Chain Trainer with deep expertise across logistics modules to support end-user enablement and training delivery.

• Deliver engaging, process-driven training across SAP EWM within Inventory management, VAS, Inbound / Outbound Logistics

• Translate complex system workflows into clear, user-friendly learning content

• Create documentation, job aids, and materials tailored to business end-users

• Collaborate with the functional team, business SMEs, and change managers

• Facilitate user readiness assessments and post-training support (incl. hypercare)

• Support Train-the-Trainer rollout where needed

• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP training within logistics/supply chain domains

• Expertise in S/4HANA and Fiori-based navigation

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for operational teams

• Experience working on global rollouts in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
