£600-700 Per Day-Umbrella

Our client is undergoing a significant digital transformation and SAP is at the heart of it. You will be required play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative, scalable solutions that support the evolving business needs.

You must be a technically strong architect with deep expertise in SAP integration and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will be collaborating across teams to deliver end-to end solutions that span SAP and non-SAP systems, cloud and on-premises environments, and modern business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Integrate SAP systems with cloud and on-premise applications using modern integration patterns.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP BTP projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
• Stay current with SAP innovations, particularly around S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and BTP services.
• Contribute to infrastructure and hosting design, including Azure networking, VNet peering, firewalls, and security. Support landscape design, product installation, tenant provisioning, and licensing strategy.
• Drive architectural decisions around reporting, integration, and FinOps optimization.

Key Experience:

• Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in large, complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, including application development, automation, and integration tooling.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally under RISE Private Cloud.
• Familiarity with Citrix environments is a plus. Cloud & Infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking, including VNet peering, firewalls, and security configurations.
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code principles.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience of defining technical architecture design principles and planning, design and implementation of complex systems architectures.
• Knowledge and experience of enterprise-wide systems architectures.
• Practical experience of planning, designing, and implementing applications and data in a complex distributed environment.
• Practical experience of service, application, data and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience in systems delivery including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support.
• Experience of working with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience of going through the transformation from Waterfall to Agile delivery methodologies.
