Our client are seeking a skilled Test and Hypercare Support Analyst/Coordinator to join the team and support the successful migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic initiative that will propel the organisation into the future of digital innovation.

As the Test and Hypercare Support Analyst, you will be at the heart of our SAP migration project, ensuring the seamless execution of testing and supporting the hypercare phase after go-live. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and reporting on test cases, identifying defects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the SAP system meets the highest standards of performance, functionality, and user satisfaction. You will also collaborate with global and regional teams, as well as the implementation partner, to manage support during the critical post-go-live period.

Key duties include:

• 3+ Years SAP testing experience (SAP S/4 HANA or SAP Fiori) 

• Developing and executing test plans, scripts, and cases.

• Tracking and resolving defects during testing phases.

• Collaborating with teams to map business requirements to test scenarios.

• Managing hypercare support incidents and tracking them to resolution.

• Supporting UAT and post-implementation validation.
