SC Cleared Export Despatch Administrator

We are recruiting for an SC Cleared Export Despatch Administrator for a leading IT service provider based in Hatfield.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of international shipping processes and who has previous experience of working in a Logistics environment. The successful candidate should have experience of creating commercial invoices and submitting customs declarations. Full training of company systems and processes will be given.

Duties will include:
Checking and amending customs invoice paperwork
Monitoring work queues in SAP
Amending and updating orders in WMCS
Booking export shipments with carriers and responsible for preparing export paperwork documentation
Physically checking and preparing items and pallets for shipment
Liaising with account teams regarding export shipments
Creating customs declarations prior to export despatch

This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
