Planning Lead - SC Cleared - 4 month contract (Likely Extension) - £590 per day Inside IR35 - Corsham - On-Site 3 days per week

FryerMiles are delighted to working with a leading defence consultancy on the recruitment of a SC Cleared Planning Lead to support a high-profile defence project. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules, ensuring effective planning and coordination across teams in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Track project progress, identifying risks and potential delays.
• Work closely with project managers, risk leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with MoD and government project controls frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• SC clearance 

• Strong experience in project planning and scheduling within defence, security, or government sectors.

• Demonstratable experience working on MoD projects

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Previous experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment is desirable.
