• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Join a well-established and growing home improvement and building services company as a Scheduler. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient coordination of field-based fitters across the Midlands region, offering a seamless transition from temporary to permanent employment.

• Schedule and allocate daily jobs to a team of fitters.
• Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and job details.
• Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to schedules.
• Communicate effectively with fitters to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of job bookings and updates.
• Respond to urgent scheduling changes or customer requests.
• Support the operations team with general administrative duties.

• Experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role, preferably within construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems (training provided if needed).
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
