Job Title: Scheduling Operations Planner
Type: Temp 12 weeks with perm potential
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £13.50 - £15.69 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week

This role is key to delivering a first-class service to customers by ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of all responsive, planned, and cyclical repair works.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the daily workload of trade operatives.
Ensure operatives’ diaries are fully optimised, balancing maximum productivity with minimal travel
Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver excellent service
Prioritise health and safety, vulnerable customers, and urgent works within schedules
Contribute to service improvement and innovation by challenging the status quo.

Requirements:

Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination within repairs, maintenance, or similar sector
Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using scheduling systems (e.g., Total Mobile Optimise)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude
Collaborative approach and a drive to exceed expectations
