Scheme Manager

Venn Group have been approached by a leading housing association in Sefton to recruit for a Scheme Manager initially on a 3 month contract with the possibility for extension.

As a successful candidate you will have experience working in social housing.

The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:

• Day to day running of a block of sheltered accommodation retirement apartments
• Manage all health and safety procedures in the building
• Check Fire Alarms, Pull Cords and Emergency lighting
• Carry out morning calls
• Report any repair issues

It is essential the successful candidate has experience working in a similar role.
