Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the school
• Manage student records and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external agencies
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and communication systems
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Support the implementation of school policies and procedures
• Organize school events and activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in school administration or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of educational regulations and standards is a plus
