As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of busy school offices. Typical responsibilities include:

• Managing front-of-house and reception duties

• Answering telephone and email enquiries

• Maintaining pupil records and data systems (SIMS experience beneficial)

• Supporting attendance, admissions, and safeguarding processes

• Providing admin support to senior leadership and teaching staff

• Have previous administrative experience (school-based experience is a bonus)

• Be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems

• Have excellent communication and time-management skills

• Be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to new environments quickly

• Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
