School Administrator / Receptionist – Caerphilly

We’re currently recruiting for a full-time School Administrator/Receptionist to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Caerphilly. The school prides itself on strong leadership, clear communication, and a supportive environment for both staff and students.

Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and parents, managing enquiries with professionalism and warmth. Key duties include maintaining and updating student data on the SIMS system, producing reports, and supporting the smooth running of school administration. While experience with SIMS is highly desirable, candidates with strong transferable data entry skills and a positive attitude towards learning are encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administrative experience, preferably within an educational setting
  
  
• Familiarity with SIMS or similar management information systems
  
  
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Strong communication skills, able to engage positively with parents, staff, and visitors
