Tradewind Recruitment is working with multiple vibrant mainstream secondary schools in Southwark that are seeking School Administrators to join their team immediately on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced School Administrator with strong organisational skills and prior experience working in a school environment. Proficiency in SIMS or BROMCOM is essential, and a valid DBS on the Update Service is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing student data and attendance using SIMS or BROMCOM

• Supporting staff, students, and parents with general enquiries

• Coordinating meetings and assisting with daily school operations

• Maintaining accurate school records and administrative systems

• Providing support with safeguarding and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a School Administrator in a UK school

• Confident user of SIMS or BROMCOM

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid DBS or willingness to undergo a DBS check
