We are working with a welcoming Mainstream Secondary School in Bexley that is seeking a skilled School Administrator to join their team immediately on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in schools, particularly with SIMS or BROMCOM, who thrives in a fast-paced, front-office role.

• Managing daily school operations and administration

• Using SIMS or BROMCOM to maintain accurate pupil records

• Handling enquiries, supporting staff, and liaising with parents

• Assisting with attendance, admissions, and event coordination

• Ensuring safeguarding and data protection protocols are upheld

• School administrative experience is essential

• Proficiency with SIMS and/or BROMCOM

• Excellent organisation, communication, and IT skills

• A valid DBS on the update service is preferred

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
