Key Responsibilities:

• Providing front-office support and a warm welcome to pupils, parents, and visitors

• Handling attendance, admissions, and pupil data

• Managing daily school communications, post, and email

• Maintaining accurate records using SIMS (School Information Management System)

• Supporting teaching and leadership staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous school office experience is essential

• Proficiency in SIMS

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A calm and professional manner, even in busy environments

• A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind
