School Administrators - Full Time - September Starts - Chesterfield

Are you an experienced school administrator or receptionist looking for your next opportunity? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking full-time administrators to support a variety of schools across Chesterfield starting in September.

About the Role:

We are looking for organised, professional and proactive individuals to support all aspects of school administration, including:

• Managing front-of-house reception duties

• Handling phone and email enquiries

• Maintaining attendance records

• Supporting the leadership team and teaching staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Using school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor - experience preferred but not essential)

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a school or office environment

• Strong IT and communication skills

• A friendly, helpful attitude and the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility and a proactive approach to work
