School Administrator - Immediate Start

Location: Bexley, Kent

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Part- Time
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently working with several primary and secondary schools in Bexley that are seeking reliable, proactive, and professional administrators to join their busy front-office teams.

Whether you're looking for short-term cover or a long-term placement with the potential to go permanent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and front desk enquiries

• Supporting attendance, admissions, and pupil records using school MIS (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom)

• Assisting with correspondence, letters, and communication with parents

• Supporting the wider office team with general admin duties

• Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience (school experience highly desirable)

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor preferred)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through us)
