About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven SIMS experience to take on a key role within a busy school office. You will be responsible for managing student data, supporting attendance processes, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and update pupil data using SIMS

• Monitor and record attendance and punctuality

• Support school staff with data reporting and timetables

• Manage enquiries from parents, students, and staff

• Assist with admissions, school communications, and safeguarding records

• Perform general administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

• SIMS experience is essential - candidates must be confident and experienced in using the system

• Previous experience in a school office environment

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently

• A professional, friendly, and proactive attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Tradewind)
