As our School Business Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership team, overseeing the school’s financial management, HR, premises, and administrative functions. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school and contribute to its long-term strategic development.

• Lead on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Manage HR processes including recruitment, payroll, and staff wellbeing
• Oversee site management, health & safety, and compliance
• Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic planning
• Ensure efficient and effective use of school resources

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong financial acumen and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive, solution-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., CSBM/DSBM or equivalent)
