Set in beautiful grounds on the very edge or Hertfordshire this school is hoping to appoint an experienced caretaker or site staff to join their friendly maintenance team. The school has large playing grounds and excellent facilities. Pupils and staff enjoy maximising the school grounds to enhance learning. The school are hoping to work with an individual who is happy to carry out improvement works, has a great demeanour and good communication skills. Requirements for the caretaking role:

• Complying with safeguarding regulations and health and safety guidelines.
• Performing basic, semi-skilled repairs as needed.
• Overseeing routine upkeep of school facilities, including managing the opening and closing of the building.
• Carrying out cleaning tasks when necessary.
• Coordinating with contracted service providers and handling related documentation.
