One of the leading St Albans Secondary schools is looking for an experienced site supervisor, caretaker, or site manager to join on a full time basis from September.

*** Ofsted 'Good' Secondary School with over 1000 pupils

*** Role is paid over 52 weeks of the year on a rolling shift basis

*** 37 hours per week & 31 days holiday

*** September start

*** £20,000- £27,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Requirements for the caretaking role:

• General maintenance of school facilities, including opening and closing the school building.
• Conducting semi-skilled minor repairs.
• Liaising with contracted services and completing necessary paperwork.
• Cleaning duties (as required).
• Adhering to safeguarding policies and health and safety protocols.
