Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and locking school premises daily.
• Performing minor repairs, general maintenance, and site upkeep.
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Coordinating with contractors and supervising external work.
• Keeping the school site clean, secure, and operational.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
• Previous experience in a caretaker or site management role (essential).
• Experience working in a school or educational setting (highly desirable).
• A proactive and hands-on approach to daily duties.
