Location: Various schools across South and North Liverpool
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time/ Part-time | Long-Term with potential to go Permanent.
Salary: £13.68- 15/ hour (depending on experience)

Due to an urgent need for experienced Caretakers in Liverpool's schools, we are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our facilities teams. This is an excellent opportunity for those with experience in maintenance, security, or facilities management to contribute to the smooth operation of educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of school premises.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Manage the opening and closing of school buildings.
• Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments.
• Assist with deliveries and move furniture as required.
• Oversee external contractors visiting the school site.
• Support school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caretaking or facilities role.
• Basic maintenance and DIY skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.

Must Haves:

• Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
