School HR Administrator

Your new role

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and organised School HR Administrator to work as part of the HR team at an SEN school in South Birmingham, B15. The role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Initially offered on a temporary basis, there is strong potential for this role to become long-term / permanent for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

As a School HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate staff records and compliance documentation
• Supporting with staff absence tracking and cover coordination
• Assisting with HR policy implementation and general administration
• Liaising with staff, leadership, and external agencies

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in a school setting (desirable)
