School Operations Manager - ASAP Start

I am currently representing a Bristol based Primary school with an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic and professional leader who is passionate about providing high-quality education and professional learning. As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with School Managers across the trust, ensuring the smooth operation of the academy and contributing to the overall vision and goals of the school. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff and resources, supporting the academy’s marketing plan, and leading Trust-wide improvement projects.

In this role, you will oversee financial management, administration, and operational systems to support the academy's business operations. You will collaborate with the Senior Team and admin officers to ensure effective promotion and marketing materials, manage the risk register, and oversee compliance with statutory obligations. Additionally, you will play a key role in site management and health and safety, ensuring the maintenance and security of the academy’s facilities and leading critical incident management.

I am looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience managing small teams, making sound judgments, and managing conflicting priorities. You will work with the IT support team to ensure systems are fit for purpose, manage GDPR compliance, and oversee HR and staffing processes.
