Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (with potential holiday hours)
Pay: £95-£115 per day (depending on experience)

We are always on the lookout for Premises Assistants to support our fantastic network of schools across Richmond and surrounding areas. As a trusted education recruitment agency, we work closely with schools to place dependable and proactive support staff who help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a Premises Assistant, you'll work alongside the Site Manager or Premises Team to support the daily upkeep, safety, and functionality of the school. Duties typically include:

• Assisting with opening and closing the school

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance

• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld

• Supporting with room setups and general site duties

• Reporting and addressing any site-related issues promptly

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or premises support role

• A proactive and flexible approach to day-to-day tasks

• Good awareness of health & safety practices

• Strong reliability and communication skills

• A willingness to be hands-on and take initiative

• Experience in a school or public building setting

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or DIY repairs

• Enhanced DBS (we can support with this if needed)
