School Receptionist - Bromley & South East London Schools

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for experienced and professional School Receptionists to support a range of mainstream secondary schools across Bromley and the wider South East London area. These positions are available for immediate start and can be either full-time or part-time, with roles expected to continue until the end of the academic year.

As a School Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors - playing a vital role in the smooth running of busy school offices. You may be placed in one school or enjoy the flexibility of experiencing different settings across the local area.

To be considered for these opportunities, you must have:

• Previous experience in school-based administration

• Proficiency in SIMS, Bromcom, Microsoft Office, or similar systems

• A valid DBS registered on the Update Service

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Your responsibilities as a School Receptionist will include:

• Managing front desk duties and phone lines

• Assisting with attendance and data entry

• Providing administrative support to staff and senior leaders

• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are upheld
