School Receptionist - Enhanced DBS Needed

Juice is proud to be working with a school in Bath who is looking for some reception support for 2 weeks at the end of June.

Good customer service skills and experience of working in a busy environment would be very helpful alongside a courteous and empathetic nature.

We are looking for -

• Someone with good written and communication skills that is able to stay calm under pressure
• Answering calls
• Attendance support
• General admin

The right person would be -

• Enhanced DBS checked (Required)
• Proficient in SIMS
• Able to multi-task
• Confident speaking on the phone and taking accurate notes

Hours -

8 - 5:30 Monday - Friday
