This is a full-time position delivering General Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to make a lasting impact in a well-resourced and supportive department.

• Salary: £175 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)

• Subjects: General Science (KS3 & KS4)

The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging and accessible Science lessons to pupils aged 11–16. The role includes full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment. You'll join a collaborative science faculty with a strong reputation for progress and support, and benefit from access to excellent lab facilities and resources. Behaviour across the school is well managed, and SLT is hands-on and visible.

The Candidate
We're looking for a confident and passionate Science teacher with strong subject knowledge and classroom presence. You should be able to differentiate your teaching effectively and use data to inform planning.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (any specialism welcome)
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
• Be committed to fostering curiosity and a love of science in all learners
