We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Wandsworth to recruit either a Science Teacher with a strong background in Biology or a Head of Biology to start in September 2025. This is a long-term temporary role running until the end of the academic year.

?? About the Role:

• You will teach Biology across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience.
• As Head of Biology, leadership experience or the ability to lead a small department will be essential.
• The school is committed to delivering high-quality science education and fostering curiosity in the subject.
• You will be supported by an experienced Science department with excellent resources.

? Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be eligible and willing to apply for QTS upon successful interview.
• A strong subject knowledge in Biology is essential.
• Experience teaching Science to secondary students in the UK curriculum.
• Leadership experience (for Head of Biology applicants) is desirable.
• A collaborative and enthusiastic teaching approach.
